Wow. Some really great ideas in this Thread. I like the way you guys think. I think a big Donation to Nick's Kids would mean a lot to him.
Obviously if we could pack the house, he would appreciate that too.
Pack the stadium, and have over 100,000 people at one time yell we love you Nick!
African bull. No tiny eared, passive Indian phant shall ever symbolize Bama.
This...the best gift for Saban would be a full house at A Day. Another great gift would be a great turnout for the Natty Celebration. Every time I hear him speak he brings up that first A Day and how much it meant to him to walk into that packed stadium. It seems to be incredibly motivating for him and the team; I think he also sees it as a great asset in recruiting.
If this could be coordinated properly and by someone trustworthy I know the saban's would appreciate it.
right on, I'm for this and I wouldn't mind doing my part to help pull it off.
great idea. for those who might not be able to attend/ someone creat a web site that we can donate. that would be the easiest way for everyone. maybe the staff could do this, and it would be a great surprise
I think this is a great idea.
You can donate directly through the nicks kids website already. Or mail a check.
We need to get the word out now if we are going to do this. Say it often and say it loud. Nick's Kids, I think that is it's name, should be the charity. Can't wait until a couple of days before, we need to spread the word and have people set up at the gates.
great idea I'm all in, 3 national championships is worth 5 bucks if he knew it come from the fans
to show appreciation. Maybe have a website u could go to and make donation for those not able to attend. Some fans live far away, other country's, have to work, etc. Just a thought, I think you would be surprised at the people that would give. I would like to see the soft side of Nick come out in front of 100000+ fans
This. This is all he wants from us. He said it helps recruiting. All he cares about, all that makes him happy, according to what he says, is that he succeeds by making his team and program succeed. If an afternoon in the spring helps his efforts, we owe it to him to go.
Pack the stadium out. Donate to Nick's kids. Great ideas.
I am in.
I will be on my way from South Carolina if we can get this to happen. I'll be bringing friends!
Yes donate to Nicks Kids!
I'm in. These are great ideas!!!!!
