Oh I'm not surprised, but it just cements the fact that they are UT's Auburn and I may have been a little hasty in my dislike of UT.
How'd that advice work out for Ohio state and Gordon gee?
Wasn't it ESPN's college football "Insider" Joe Schad that watched the autograph broker's video and heard Manziel say on audio "you never did a signing with me" and if the broker were to tell anyone, Manziel would refuse to deal with him again in the future? The broker told Schad he paid Manziel $7,500.00 but Schad did not see any money changing hands on the video and the broker has refused to deal with the NCAA. How exactly is ESPN's story wrong? If in fact this did happen, I don't see how they are wrong in publishing it.
Very "grasping at straws-esque".
Manziel's past is about the equivalent of this guys'. And having marijuana is nothing...i mean it's legal in more than a few states. Plus, Manziel HIMSELF was pictured smoking pot just a month ago.
Additionally, what does this guy's past have to do with the current situation? Nothing. The guy that outed Reggie Bush was an ex-FELON.

Also note nothing in that statement says the ESPN report is false or that JM didn't sell autographs, only that the brokers are poor sources.
