Crying and crying. Before in sadness and afterwards in jubilation.
I remember like it was yesterday. Sitting in the stands next to my wife and seeing a tear in the corner of her eye. I had that nervous and sick feeling of wtf.... Did that really just happen. Then the kick was blocked and we jumped and screamed for at least ten minutes slapping hands with anyone and everyone as the Tennessee fans in front of us were trying to gtfo of Bryant Denny as fast as they could. That was a very special moment in a very special game in a very special season!!! Unforgettable!
I like this version better...All time classic here.
The BVD video is an all time classic. I agree. Frankly I was really PO'd that we were about to let a chitty UcheaT team ruin our season. Worst game of the season by far against one of our most hated rivals. Should have been a 3 TD beatdown.
I was trying to console my fiancee before. I was trying to avoid being slapped in the face with her shaker after.
Gotta love a woman who's passionate about Alabama football.

I was at Wings. I couldnt watch it live. I saw it on the replay. I was listening and thinking how the only hope was to block another one. The chances are not great for that to happen twice. It did though and by Cody again. I was screaming and celebrating with the other Tide fans around me.
In the student section with my hands over my eyes, on the verge of tears. When I heard the rest of the stadium erupt I opened my eyes to all of the players rushing the field. I felt like I had had a heart attack. I fired up my cigar immediately to try and calm myself. Didn't see the play until I saw highlights later that night. That was for sure the most nerve racking experience ever.
Before, calming my sister down over the phone at the game. After, fapping in my seat.
Before - laughing in disbelief, about to throw up from the nerves, watching my buddy sitting still silently in his seat.
After - Going crazy, high fiving people in the stands, watching my buddy sitting still silently in his seat. He couldn't process what had just happened, took him a while to come around after the shock of it all.
I was on the field. Absolute pandemonium.

In the stands hoping for something great to happen. Kick was blocked, wife swung around with her fist and accidentally broke my nose.
I didn't care or feel any pain as the tears rolled down my face. Not sure if it was from the joy or the broken nose.
The Dynasty is Here!
If he hated us in 2009, he must really f-ing hate us now.

before- sitting in my chair, PRAYING that it would be blocked, hands over face watching through my fingers
after - jumped up yelling HE BLOCKED IT!!! lost all senses and after about 3 minutes realized I was standing in my bedroom. Immediately called my dad.
Before: "We can't lose to Lame Kitten"
After: "Lame Kitten sucks- we'll never lose to that useless bag of ..."
All your five stars are belong to us!
I was at the game with a friend and we had left the upper deck on the west end of the stadium. We stopped at the top of the ramp to watch the kick headed to the south end zone . When it was blocked the whole ramp seemed to be shaking. I have been going to games there since the early 70's and it was the loudest I have heard the including Julio's catch and run against LSU.
Wasn't that BVD's mother in the background? I can't imagine ever using language like that in front of ANY woman, much less my mother, wife, or sister. BVD is hilarious to watch, but that one always has struck me as being disturbing and hilarious at the same time.
Before - I was in the stands thinking "are u f'ing kidding me?". TN got a TD, onside kick, and huge play downfield in a matter of seconds.
After - pure joy. I've never hugged so many strangers. Some lady kissed me. Idk. It was absolute mayhem
