I have a lot of barners in my office, most of whom are not here at the moment. I did have one email me about the kid from spanish fort on Friday. I haven't heard from him since my reply.
Barner buddy posted this on facebook this morning
My barner co-worker just came in my office (I wasn’t even going to pick on him today b/c it isn’t even fun anymore) to talk about this past weekend’s game. He said we are still young across the board and he knew this would be a long season. He also said that next year they should struggle too, but the NEXT year (2014/2015 season) they will be competing for another National Championship. I couldn’t help but start laughing after that. He said just you wait and see. I reminded him that Auburn has finished in the top 10 in recruiting the last 3 years and that the problem is not that they are young it’s that the coaches can’t develop or keep the talent they bring in. He was starting to get upset with me so he came back with well it only takes one player like a Cam Newton to turn things around and we are the only SEC team to have 2 undefeated in the last 10 years so I will take being down for 2 years b/c I know we will be back on top soon. He didn’t even give me time to respond… he just turned and walked away.
Man what a Great Monday!
+1 for your title.

With the picture for full effect . . . post of the month for sure!!!
After the Clemson game all my barner friends were posting on twitter and facebook that they "still believed in Awbarn and loved it" and "war eagle anyway" .....About half way through the 3rd quarter of the state game all I saw were post about doing chores around the house, grocery shopping, or just being really busy in general...It was like they were oblivious that there was even a game going on. I guess ignorance is bliss.
Neighbor that lives across the street has already taken down his AU yard flag that usually flies from late August until after the bowls.
Surprisingly the lone barner-boy in our office actually showed up for work today. Before he got here I had the secretary (Bama fan) replace all of his ink pins with red ink pins and everyone put a solid red screensaver on their PC's and laptops. We all usually go to lunch together every monday at the mexican restaurant next door but today barner-boy say's he has to work during lunch hour, something he has NEVER done before. It's going to be a fun next few months....
