There is still no sign of Duron Carter.
How many teams have a tougher schedule than this? Just because its relatively easy for us doesn't mean its easier than anyone else's. That's really stupid logic.
Michigan, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, LSU, Texas A&M, Mississippi State, Auburn (OK- they have a point with Auburn) then if we get there the SEC East winner.
One could argue that its a tougher schedule than USC, Oregon, Stanford, Georgia, USCe, or Florida has. So WTF are they talking about?

Pro Bama or Con Bama ... I respect what Kirk says ... He is FAAAAAAR and away the most knowledgeable of all the talking heads in regards to actual on field talent in regards to actual X's and O's. Kiper might know individual talent but Kirk understands team talent and the associating factors involved with a great team.
I cringe when he picks against us.
As far as the media turning against us, that was going to happen. It wouldn't be as bad had the SEC not won 6 in a row. If Bama had won 3 of the last 7, it wouldn't be so bad. ESPN and the likes would not be so quick to dismiss. But when a conference dominates a sport for 6 1/2 years without giving any of the other heavyweights much more than a whimper here and there, well, it hurts much more than those conference's pride. Everyone outside of the SEC is ready to see the SEC challenged and fail. Much like the elite Bama teams when Coach Bryant was here. He was loved in Alabama but hated by the rest of the nation. It's an awesome time to be a Bama fan.
If they be hatin .. means we be dominatin.

I love this team and think they are getting better each week. I don't care what the "talking heads" say, it only matters what our teams does on the field. My assessment to this point in the season is:
We were clearly the better team in each of our games.
Michigan we hit and hit and hit some more, but if Robinson would have been more accurate in his throws the score would have been different, but we still win by a large margin.
WKU I don't think we played very well, 6 sacks is entirely to many. The line didnt play well and neither did AJ. Clearly we win this game no matter what, but I think it was a good wake up call.
Arkansas, we played our best game yet, but we still learned a few things that will help us get better. The OL looked much better and AJ did a good job with his reads and getting the ball out of his hands quicker. Arkansas was very overrated but we did make them quit, Wilson would have made very little difference.
This week will speak volumes for this team, I am glad that people are saying we are overrated, it will only help to fuel the fire. I think we play lights out this week.
I see it like this. Bama is a dominant team doing what it is supposed to do. Michigan was a little overhyped and Bama proved that. The thing is, it was 31 to 7 and Saban called the dogs off in the 1st half! We could have put 50 or more on them easy. Western Kentucky, I truly believe that Saban was working on things in that game instead of just running his normal gameplan. Arkansas, the boys came out ready and, again, Saban called the dogs off very early or we could have put up 70 or more easy. I dont worry too much about what the media says. I truly believe that Saban has had to put the brakes on in each game in order to not totally embarrass the teams we have played. One other note on Arky, even if they had Wilson it would still have been a blow out. He is good but our guys were too ready.

It really does not matter what anyone says, as long as the results are on the field. I actually prefer the haters instead of a Bama love fest. Keeps the team better perpared in my opinion.
This! I think we are just too physical for ANYBODY except maybe LSU.
I'm not exactly sure what some of you are expecting them to say. Everything I hear is positive about Bama. I have heard nearly every analyst rave about the process that Saban runs and comment how many other programs are trying to emulate it.
If a person says that we are young and not very experienced in the secondary then that is the truth. Not turning on Bama.
Also, Arkie and Michigan are not good teams. Arkie was outscored 28-7 by ULM with the team they fielded against Bama. And Michigan beat Air Force by a TD. We haven't really been tested. The good news is that none of those games have been close and we are beat average teams like we are supposed. Like a drum!!
I don't think the opinions about our weak schedule are valid. Anyone else playing Michigan Mizzou TAMU Arky UTk LSU Miss St and AU would call it a tough schedule. But they call ours weak because its easier for us. I think when its all said and done our calculated SoS (is there a cfb sos calculation) would be near the toughest
