without Cam. It just keeps getting better and better.
“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”
Even with Cam he is 4-10. Looks like the guy on the tarmac was right. The got a loser not a winner.
When Chizik says "Its a God thing" many mistake it to being the Christian God. In all actuality, Chizik sold his soul to the devil for Cam Newton and the 1 national title for endless years of suffering. Therefore Chizik references Lucifer as his God and gives all thanks to him hoping that ol' fireboss will give him another year or two of amnesty from being thrown into the pit of despair.
throw in a last second come back against Utah St, and a win against Miss St last year at home that they should have lost. While we're at it, their win against USC last year was primarily because Lutz made a great play to strip a USC defensive back after an interception. That could easily be three more losses on the resume.
He's turning into a coach that for one year had a once in a generation talent coupled with a great offensive coordinator, two terrific running backs, some consistent wr's, and an outstanding offensive line. Otherwise he had consistently lost badly and barely ever won convincingly. If you factor in the Iowa St years it paints a very poor body of work.
I thought Chizik would do well based on how well he and his staff were recruiting. From the NC they won through the beginning of the 2011 season it was starting to look like he was ready to go toe-to-toe with Saban. Things fell apart very quickly after that.
To me the more problematic scenario is Auburn bringing in a really good coach that takes advantage of the roster that staff has assembled. I still think there is an impressive collection of players on that team that could be veyr good very quickly. If Tubs had this team they would be battling for the SEC west this year.

there is some talent there at the barn but without a qb, subpar running backs and a horrible defense, you would need Vince Lombardi to coach this bunch of losers. By the way, ole tubbs isn't even close to being in CNS's league.....then again no one is!
