I'll start - we have 2 players that are over 14 feet combined and they could only muster 3 rebounds in a game.
Engstrom has a -4" vertical
Takes more than height to get rebounds man... it sure helps, but it takes alot more. Not alot of experience in those 14 feet.

They're tall but not physical we have no inside presence with both qualities.

Height has little relation to rebounding. Some of the best rebounders were not 7footers. Barkley, Rodman are just two that come to mind.
Not sure if OP is judging the talent or the coaching. I think you can't make judgments from this one game or the little PT they have gotten to this point.
I'll gladly go to war with the guys that took the court yesterday. RTR

Rebounding has more to do with effort than anything IMO. I'm not saying our 7 footers don't give good effort, but as somebody said, they're inexperienced, which may lead to not being as aggressive as they should be. That will get you a lot of 3 rebound nights. This should improve the more they play and the more confidence they gain.
"Quit trying to make a play and do your job!"
I wondered the same thing. The two 7 footers need to play with more grit when the balls in the air and attack it off the rim. Its interesting to me to watch Engstrom scrap and fight for position in the post and then give in on getting the board.

Moussa is recovering from a major injury and had not played in 2 years. Carl is still learning to play, quite literally. Both are young and very tentative. That will change when they get some experience.
