Well, it was a good run while it lasted guys.
im impressed at their celebration and jog off. They actually are practicing celebrating after a touchdown.
DO you think the players feel stupid celebrating the fake TD's?? I kind of feel like this was a spirit team out there.
run another trick play b*tch
Come on guys, the second video is their version of the Harlem Shake.
Was that a basketball practice? Holy crap.....
Why are we shocked by this? Malzahn is nothing more than a glorified HS Coach. & this looks like something u would do at that level imho.

My gosh... they may never win another game.
Genius, pure genius. They're trying to throw off all their competition by making us all think they are completely inept with videos like that.

that hurry up is a gamble, a few 3 and outs and their defense is winded..
add in the fact that Vandy has beat them the last 2 times they faced, Kentucky has a better coach, and Ole miss doesnt suck, we may have the next ole miss right in our state fellas.
This just proves to me they are biding their time until they can hire Petrino.
Now we see why they are scheduled to have so little time between the start and end to spring training, they aren't doing anything.
I love how they have 11 people doing something while the other 80 just stand there. Night and day between our practices and theirs. None of our guys stop for more than 5-10 seconds between reps.
Hhhmmm....Can you imagine what an average NFL team would think watching that so called Hurry Up practice? LOL, maybe they want to keep it bland for viewing times??? I certainly hope so because typically your hurry practice consist of actually running your - get this - hurry up offense? ?????
Man I love the boogs. Did anyone else happen to notice the High School feel to that viewing session?
At least they ditched those awful shorts.
was that Bill Parcells, Bill Billicheck and Jim Haurbaugh taking in that practice?
Speechless...there chance of a winning record in the SEC this season...NIL.

So, essentially they can run the same play really fast over and over again. Excellent strategy. You know, that may have been a conditioning drill though. It's kind of like pursuit drills for the offense. If any of you are familiar with pursuit drills, you know those are not very fun.
It is my opinion since they barely scored last year, they forgot how to celebrate. Gotta relearn celebration techniques.
If it was, they obviously got lost on the way to Bama's practice.
Exactly, that is what stood out to me first. Well, no it wasn't. First, I lol'd at the coach that thought it was necessary to pull the whole offense in to explain why it's important to recover fumbles like diving on a loose ball is some kind of novel concept. "Hey guys, look here. When that ball hits the ground, we dive on it like it's the only thing that matters." Wow, that's some bush-league stuff right there. That literally sounds like something my peewee coach would say to the team.
But back to your point, when people attend Bama's practices, nearly every single person comments on the intensity of the practice and emphasize that everybody is constantly working and moving through drills. Of the two au practice videos I've seen, the majority of the team is standing around watching while a few players work. I doubt au's season will be quite as entertaining as it was last year, but I like what I'm seeing so far.

Good grief that's pathetic. Even worse for the barn is this: Malzahn's offense isn't going to surprise anyone this year. Everyone in the SEC knows he runs a up tempo high school offense where his defense is on the field every five plays or so. Plus the fact there are two other teams in the division (Ole Miss and Texas A&M) that run the same type schemes. Of course, I think he's the only coach out there who they could have gotten easily. Kirby Smart turned them down after he didn't get the answer he wanted when he asked about their NCAA issues from the previous staff.
Im torn between 4-8 or 5-7 because AU seems to always win 1 or 2 games they shouldnt.
