It just says that he has contacts in AD dept at Auburn and feels that Auburn has done nothing wrong in this instance. That is the latest update from him. Big change from his grim update before that.
Because yesterday, AU didn't have time to tell all of them what to say. Today, they have their marching orders.

If the NCAA determines that AU "knew or should have known" there was a problem with the transcript, they're in trouble. Depending on the facts, I can't imagine the NCAA gives them the benefit of the doubt. Any know what kind of sanctions they'd be looking at?
So what you are saying is that Auburn can't play dumb this time? Me personally, I would totally classify this as a lack of institutional control of your compliance department. Just talking out loud..
