Does anyone else think this would be a great fit for them? He would be back in his home state. And I feel he would do very well there. Got my helmet on if the downvotes come hahaha
All hat, no cattle.
Def less traveling for his duck hunts
He has already been processed! No need to come back for more of the same.
I'd love it if he came back for some ass whippings
We still owe him a finger or two.
I agree. I would love him to come back. I think that would really spice up the Arkansas game every year.
Right in his eye sockets. I can't stand that smug SOB. He exemplifies everything I hate about the cow college.
I don't think he would enjoy playing Bama and Saban every year, I don't think he would take the job. JMO RTR
It wouldn't bother me a bit if he came back. I think he is due for some payback and I am pretty certain CNS could dish it out. However, I think he is too old, has too much baggage and may not even want the 24/7 365 days a year grind that the SEC brings. He's making plenty of money out there and with his record so far this year he isn't likely to be shown the door anytime soon. I think when he leaves Texas Tech it will be to retire into a television gig, if he can find one.
Arkansas is very possible. Additionally, I know a high dollar donor, skybox owner in Knoxville that wants him up there.
Someone here apparently likes Tommy.
I def don't personally like Tuberville. But I think he is a good coach. The reason I asked this question, is because a Tennessee fan and myself got to talking about this during the game Saturday.
Yea, I talked with a Tennessee guy who seemed to know his stuff during the game Saturday.
He said of course Gruden is their first choice.
But also mentioned Tuberville and Gary Patterson.
I asked what they thought of another up and coming coach. And he said it will not happen this year. They will shell out the big bucks and they need to make a splash. Mentioned with Bama, UGA and LSU's success, that the UT coach has to have a big name and be able to recruit nationally.
He will be begging for it.
I agree he is a very good coach.
I think Malzahn ends up there
They would be fools to not pry Charlie Strong from Louisville IMO. like Tubs, he is a Natural State native but much younger and more likely to re-energize the base. If not Strong, then Tubs would be solid, safe choice.
