..first day of running wasn't so bad
(Note - he was running in a pool, which is an important step in his rehab).
As for trying to get back for the BCS game, he tweeted this out a few days ago:
..all I been hearing bout is playing in da bcs I haven't made it to that road yet can My health get better first

This is actually pretty big.
Watch our first few series vs. UGA and watch AJ looking for the drag route and nope not there. Kenny Bell IMO was the key to continue drives early in games, the drag route was his specialty.
I didn't think Kenny Being back for the title game was in the realm of possibility.
Not a surprise our passing game looked out of sorts most of the game against UGA. Bell missing was very noticeable. If UGA had slowed our running game down enough to make us pass more. I'm not sure we would have won the game.

he should be good to go next year. this isnt the type of injury i would think that would slow you down like a ligament
What was the recovery time of T.O.'s injury for the Super Bowl?
It was out of sorts because we only have one deep threat on the field...our burners (White and Bell) not being able to go keeps the safety up a little farther playing the underneath stuff, and the CB's can play a little tighter, as well...
Of course that philosophy eventually led to our game winning touchdown when Cooper smoked Damian Swan......
Yep I know. Said this excact thing before the game.
How bad of a break was his leg? I never did hear as to the extent of his injury.
I think it was just a clean break of the tibia.
Sagan said he would be out 5-6 weeks. It would be 6 weeks and 2 days the day of the BCS game. Makes me think he won't play because he wouldn't have much practice time in or chance to get his speed back.
this was almost a "Nam" reference...
What happens to everybody else has nothing to do with us, understand?”
