What do Kevin Norwood and marijuana have in common?
Tyrann Mathieu was smoked by both.
It is a work in progress......
Mathieu is just a kid, and it sounds like he has bigger issues to sort out. Regardless of where he played or things he has said, I hope he finds the guidance he needs and gets his act together.
I was really, really looking forward to seeing him put up, or shut up in November.

"Quit trying to make a play and do your job!"
bye bye "Honey Pot"
ESPN reporting that there were repeated violations of the substance abuse policy.
Christopher Walsh covers Alabama football for BamaOnline, 247Sports, and is the author of 18 books.
He still dont care
You gotta be dumb dumb dumb to not be prepared for the initial drug test at camp. Its guarenteed.
"We're modern-day gladiators, and that mental toughness is really important to have in a good team." Nick Saban
Report: Cornerback Tyrann Mathieu's former LSU teammate, kicker Josh Jasper, says the Honey Badger has "already transferred to McNeese."
This proves that the Honey Badger CAN go backward.
We've sent "kids" that age to war to fight for this country and protect our freedoms for 300 years or so. Sometimes when you you step into a situation in life you have to grow up PDQ, whether you are ready or not. My point is his age is no excuse. I do agree with your hope that he will turn his life around - he has amazing athletic ability that could create wonderful opportunities for a better life for him and his family.
A few years back my first cousin(hardcore barner) got a letter from the his probation officer telling him to come to court for a drug test. They apparently have these roundups ever so often and letters went out to dozens of parolee/probationers. They all knew the date and time and knew what was gonna happen. He tested positive! Later that morning I took my Aunt to pick up his car. One of the jailers told me there was six others! They ALL knew it was coming and when!

dam, now they will have a good corner
Honey Badger don't care, he doesn't give a $#% about rules or that @#$% Les Miles, he just don't care.
"At the end of the 2011 regular season, Mathieu had 71 total tackles (54 solo and 17 assists), 1.5 sacks, 5 forced fumbles (2 returned for a touchdown), and 2 interceptions3] On special teams, Mathieu had 26 punt returns for 420 yards, with 2 returned for a touchdown."
I don't care if he was a great cover corner or not, but any team would miss a player with those stats. Anyone who thinks otherwise, might want to stop smokin' as well!
Don't blame it on the smoke. Even I know that's not easy to replace, and I've also been drinking beers.
I'd be curious on how many hurries he had. He was really quick coming off the edge
This is really too bad. There goes the easy 12 yard out on third and ten.
