This will be a big loss to usc as he was their most explosive weapon on offense. I wonder who comes out of the East next year?
I thought he had already decided on coming back. When did he change his mind?
He changed his mind
South Carolina Gamecocks wide receiver Ace Sanders has declared for the NFL Draft and will pass on his senior season in college.
That is definitely a huge loss for them. He's a terrific all around player.
Poor decision IMO.
Florida will be better than last year, I think. UGA will be interesting to watch. They return all off a very good offense, and lose almost all of a suspect defense.
If I'm not mistaken, UF loses a lot off their defense too. I know Easley, Floyd and Elam went pro. Bostic was a senior. On the other side of the ball the UF offense is short of playmakers by their standards.
Yep they lose a lot up front and they lost their best RB and receiving threat at TE. I don't see UF's record being better than this year.
Yes, I forgot about Jordan Reed going pro. That's a big loss for them. He's a terrific tight end.
On offense UF loses a RB and a guard. Their offense next year will pretty much be Bama of 2008, without a Julio Jones.
Their defense loses 7 starters and another DL or two... I wouldnt expect it to be as formitable next year at all. AND - for all of you who said Meyer left that team in shambles, look at the defensive players they are losing that he recruited... they just dont have anybody on offense that can stretch the field.
UGA or USC will win the east next year...
Easley is staying, but Jelani Jenkins declared to go pro. Plus, they do get Ronald Powell back from injury next year.
I thought Easley was leaving - they will still be pretty good then.. but nothing great. Louisville beat them like we beat ND
