They are winless in FCS and FBS play. The closest I could find was Western Carolina in 2007, but they had one FCS win and had multiple games within a score. 2012 Western Carolina has one win over a DII team, and one single digit loss (Samford), with all others being two digit losses to FCS foes. 2004 Western Carolina had multiple wins, as did 1991 and 1994 UT- Chatt. You have to go back to a 1961 game against Richmond to find the next FCS opponent.
I'm considering who is worst solely from FCS/IAA teams, as no FBS team plays a schedule that allows for ~10 FCS losses.
Edit: After some searching, I arguably found the last team that was as bad or worse. In 1951 we beat Delta State 89-0. They lost all 5 games I could find, including a 46-6 loss to Western Kentucky.

I doubt they're worse than Georgia State from a couple of years ago
They finished 6-5 with multiple FCS wins. Several by 20-30 points. Georgia State would probably be favored by 20-30 points over this Western Carolina team. They are historically bad.
I would sit AJ. Period
89-0? How do you even score that much against an actual football team?
The whole offense needs to find more comsistency before next week....1st team needs to play the entire first half both ways. If we are not winning by at least 40-42 at the half against these rootiepoos, then something is really wrong.
We actually trailed UT Chattanooga for a while in the 1994 game. If I remember correctly it was at Legion Field.
Dwayne Johnson is that you? You about to take someone down gibroni avenue, check them into the smack down hotel, and kick their rootiepoo candy butts?
Yep. I was there. Terrell Owens was running around on the Legion Field artificial turf, catching passes for UTC.
