Obviously didn't get my point across very well and this will be the last reply I post to someone questioning my intentions. I know what my intentions were and are!!! And no I am not a idiot and think that WKU is better than Michigan.. But that doesn't mean they will not be a tougher opponent. Was Georgia Southern better than any of the other teams on our national championship squad last year?? NO.. But we overlooked them and they put up a fight and had more success on offense than any team on our schedule.
That is all I was saying. And you can have your opinions just like I have mine. I have no idea how many players WKU returns, but I watched their defense last year and they were good in the games I saw against Kentucky.. And it looks like there offense is improved. Now get over yourself.
They had success on us because they were a well-oiled machine when it came to running the option, which we haven't seen before. WKU does not run such an offense. And to look in games against Kentucky isn't some great feat. I mean c'mon dude. Its Kentucky. 52-7 Bama. Lots of PT for our young guys.

I think it's a fair post. Hopefully WKU will pass a lot which is what we need the most practice on. I think our run D is solId but we defiantly need as much pass Defense practice as we can get.
Don't be ridiculous; and yes, you are always negative. Alabama will pay everyone on the roster capable of walking. If we play at leat as we did against Michigan, we will beat them 63-0. Playing Kentucky close is not a real vote of confidence, by the way.
They don't pass much an their qb isnt a good passer. They are a smash mouth play action team. Throw to the tight ends when they do pass.
Probably get to see our base defense a lot in this game.
Don't start that chit...we could beat them by a 100 if that was the desire...

I appreciate the post, but no they won't. And it won't even be close. I think you might be missing the point bro. Bama has so many players chopping at the bits to get some playing time. This has increased the level of competition to a level we may have never seen at Bama. Not exaggerating. This team is playing mad with something to prove. A work of genius by Saban. To get them to own this mentality after coming off a BCSNC is simply amazing. They will not let down for WKU. They will play hard knowing that the next blue chipper is ready and eager to take their place. It won't be close and Bama will leave it all on the field. This spells disaster for poor WKU.
I agree BamaTrending. Saban has done a masterful job of getting this group of players to buy into the fact that they must prove it on the field. The process in year 6 is about having talent pushing talent to improve the overall team. They will stay focus on the next team in line to be dominanted.
