With Maryland and Rutgers going to the Big Ten, I'm convinced more than ever that there will be another round of expansion and the SEC will go to 16 teams.
So who do you want?
Personally I'm pulling for Hawaii (great road trips) and my alma mater New Hampshire, but right now I don't think their chances are very good.

I think North Carolina and Duke would be great additions if we wanted to solidify ourselves as the best basketball conference.
I could also see Florida State and Clemson as solid additions.
Perhaps Oklahoma and Texas, but I know Texas comes with a lot of baggage/demands.
I prefer Florida State and Clemson. But I know how the conference thinks and it's all about money from TV markets so I'd look for Virginia Tech and who knows.
VA Tech and Oklahoma as well but I think that Oklahoma ship has sailed.
Folks asking about pics so 1. Near Skagway AK 2. Ketchikan AK 3. Space Needle in Seattle. This summer was a great trip.
Troy and UAB
I have no doubt it will be Va Tech and NC State.
Adding DC and the entirety of Virginia's and North Carolina's TV markets.
Plus it'd be a great pick up in basketball.
VT and NCStU

I'd take GT & Clemson

Two more sure losses for Auburn every year.
VT, FSU for me
What is the endgame here Chris? Four 16 team conferences and everyone else is sol?
VT and NC State, would rather have UNC but they will not go anywhere without Duke
Probably, yeah - it's a money grab. Considering there's still something like only 22 athletic programs that make a profit, a lot of schools are desperately wanting to be in a big-time conference.
I think the ACC and Big East are both in trouble. Wouldn't be surprised to see an eventual merger of some sort, or one folds.
Pretty much. Would also damn near guarantee no undefeated teams at the end of the year.
Personally i'd prefer UVa and UNC, but i realize that VT and NCSt are probably better culture fits for SEC (& still gain the same markets)
My wish list would be Clemson & Florida State. I do think the SEC would target Vtech & NC State. Moving Missouri to the West Divivsion.
How is North Carolina not a good fit. They have been on probation more than anyone in the SEC excluding Auburn
As much as I understand where this super conference thing is going, I just don't see how it can actually happen. Four 16 team conferences is 64 teams total. That leaves nearly 60 other FBS schools SOL and, regardless of where they sit on the financial totem pole, I just can't see nearly HALF of all FBS schools just watching the 64 SC teams effectively shut the door on them every playing for the BCSNCG (or whatever we'll call it then). Hell, if they did just lay down and take it, that would effectively kill a large number of those ADs. I don't like the implications of that...
The wish list of teams we all would have is completely different than the reality of what teams it would/will end up being.
Forget any team where we already have a team in that state. ie - Florida schools. This means no to Clemson as well although they are obviously a natural fit. Probably won't happen with USCe already being from the state. Texas would obviously bring eyeballs and even though a&m is already here....IF a Texas wanted to actually join they might be the only exception.
Realistic teams are exactly the two Crims0nTider and BAMAMANAGER said. - NCState and VTech. Why? Two new additional states with the ability to make TV deals the biggest they can be. This is all its about. New eye's on tv sets in markets we are not in currently.

Let's kick TAMU and Mizzou to the curb and go back to 12 teams and stop ruining rivalry games and tradition.
