I think selfishly, we'd all like to see him come back. But he has a family to think of. It's time for Trent to get paid.
Since everybody in this thread is making sense, I'll volunteer to be that one guy: Trent is coming back because he'll miss seeing all the smiles on his teammates faces, and he told his momma he's getting his degree. Lock to come back.
I am fuzzy on the source, but whoever it was (Mel Kiper?) has him listed as the top RB on his draftboard.
Unlike a lot of juniors going pro Trent seems very ready to be a professional. His maturity level and focus has always been at a different level than most peers. Money is a strong argument for these guys going pro. I think many would benefit from another year in school and also from the confidence getting a degree brings as well.Would Andre have been better off playing another year? Could DH make more money coming back another year? He might be a top 10 pick if he came back and had another great year. Matt Barkley is another example of someone who could make millions having a big year in college next year instead of turning pro.

I don't think he goes in the top 10.
I've heard as good as top 5. He has kids needs to go support his family.
Whatever TR decides to do he will have our undying support and gratitude after he helps win #14 for Bama. I will miss him in Crimson more than anyone I can remember in many, many years. It would take a miracle for us to get him one more year, but if it happened it would be the happiest news of the year after Jan 9th.
No way he stays . CNS will strongly urge TR to go top 10 pick. It has been unreal getting to see Trent the last 3 years, dude wrote the book on being a beast. Looking forward to seeing him in New Orleans for #14 and in the NFL.
I would say he is going to the NFL.
