Adrien Peterson. Fast fast feet. Hits the hole very fast. Runs upright vision down field. AP in my view or All Day as they call him.
What I don't realize is how any body could think my comment's are a knock on the kid? I'm a huge Yeldon fan. & have said over & over he's our best back imho.

...And every time an aubbie looks at him running they will go into their bedromm, get under the covers and cry at what might have been.
Remember Bobby had the huge shoulder pads. He would bowl people over....very tough runner.
I agree with the Adrian Peterson comparison...not exact, but similar.
Bobby Humphrey and Roger Craig
Ever watch Bobby Humphrey or Eric Dickerson?
"Touch that thang four" - Courtney Upshaw
He reminds me of Bo Jackson ...... JUST KIDDING JUST KIDDING
Seriously though, Marcus Allen (after one game it's really hard to tell) would be my choice. The first thing I noticed was his ability to see a hole then hit it full speed. Like someone else said, you can't teach that. That's usually what makes or breaks rb's at the next level. IMO
Yeldon is a very short strider with very quick feet. if you notice him running in the open field he will be taking 2 steps for every one that a player takes running next to him. He is able to make a cut before the defender has a chance to get his second foot down. This is very unique for a tall back. You see this mostly in short scat backs. He is truly amazing. Bobby Humphrey was the closest in comparison imo.

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKING
He is no where near AP was as a freshman, watch the video.
Just saying he reminds me ..... and a few guys at the office of Adrien. Any way I love the guy and am damn glad hes no War Eagler.
I beg to differ
I don't know who he compares to...but I'm definitely excited about T.J. Roll Tide!
I was thinking of Humphrey as well, but TJ is more physcially impressive. Humphrey was smoooooth, TJ is smooooother.
He reminds me of a golfer. His head is still as he runs. He has very little waisted body movement. He glide along his chosen running path.
Glides real smooth like, ummm, well like OJ Simpson. Without the knife.
