for being the first team to ever be in 7th place in the sec west. quite an achievement.
it's quite a streak now too.
causing some separation. i believe the magic number is 2 to clinch
magic number is down to 1. come on auburn, you can do it. as you clowns like to say, "do what you do!"
oct 28: they clinched! great job guys!
feb: in all seriousness, this is cause for celebration. on the backs of several 3 star jucos, auburn climbed out of the cellar and finished 5th in the west in recruiting , beating out such stalwarts as miss state and arky. a few more classes like this, and they may get an offensive score in the iron bowl.

Somehow that statistic will be manipulated by the NTYF
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
I thought about that today. I hope they have the distinction of being the first team ever to finish 7th in the SEC west.
Actually technically tied for 6th
If ULM wins, will they be in 8th?
Until today, I thought the NTYF was a joke. I can't believe these people are really this distant from reality.
Never Gets Old
for the sake of this thread? yes.
but if auburn wins, it's a sign that their amazing young talent has gelled and they are once again on pace to compete for the title next year.
I like to think Auburn is tied for seventh instead of tied for sixth.
Business as usual for the REC
still in 7th
But, Aub is in first place in the MVQ........
Moral Victory Quotient...
This is the total games minus losses plus moral victories
Aubbie spin: "We're the seventh BEST team in the west!"
"BINGO! That was a goody!" - Coach Bryant on Sunday afternoons with Coca Cola & Golden Flakes
Or this spin: "We're have the fourth best conference record or any team below Ole Miss!"
continuing what i hope (and anticipate) will be a season-long tradition.
"Sorry it took me so long to answer. I was just thinking about how weird it is that we eat birds." - Tracy Jordan
this isn't getting old, is it?
"You've got some nerve coming here." T. Yorke
