Fyi just named lacy as one of his top 4 heisman candidates. Huge props to UA running game production. Great advertising for prospective RBs!
Never Gets Old
Not a bad pick. Best OL in the country and Lacy has shown that he has recovered well from the turf toe that plagued him last season.

I have been waiting for Lacy to have his turn with such anticipation. I just hope he can be healthy or at least as healthy as possible. If so - he will be UNREAL for us. Watch
He gets 2 with a potential of a 3rd...
If you want to walk the heavenly streets of gold, gotta knnow the password... Roll Tide Roll....
Lacy was good last year hurting...can't wait to see him at 100%...only thing that might hurt him is the caries, TD's, and total yards....unfortunately stats are what wins that thing and he's going to be sharing stats with 2-3 other guys.
"You don't always get what you want, but you always get what you deserve"
i think trent and mark both shared the load pretty evenly and mark won it and trent was as close as you can come without winning it. I think what really hurts lacy is that all the "gurus" are so far up barkley's corn hole coming in that its gonna be hard for anyone to catch him.
Yeah I don't see any way he gets the numbers/stats to really compete for the Heisman....but he sure is going to have some highlight real runs AND be a workhorse for our offense when in. Can't wait to see him lead these young guys who also will shine. Hope he can stay healthy - that's it for him because if he does - get out the way.
Yes, but that was TWO guys sharing with 1 being the primary back in each of those years. We will see some sort of 3man rotation this year if not 4 at times in games. With the fact he's so far down the list with most voters, and the limited Glitzy numbers he would need - just won't happen unless he's so good he stays on the field more than anyone thinks he will.

Circle button for Heisman!
"Character" is doing the right thing when nobody is looking.
Pollack indirectly referenced that.
basically said with UA's OL and running offense, any primary RB who gets enough carries will get heisman consideration. Mentioned Ingram and Trent as examples.
Btw- his other 3 were Barkley, Lattimore and "DAT"

I love it. That would be the nail in the well you know for any big time back we want the next decade....lol if it already isn't happening. But, like I said above and maybe DP hasn't done enough indepth homework yet - we will have some sort of 3 man rotation at RB this year with many games a 4 man. IF we stick to this, just not enough glitzy numbers. But, if its shakes out to be more of a 2 man or lets say Lacy gets his half and then the other 3 split the other half???? maybe. Not sure that happens but it would be AWESOME!
I LOVE me some EL / Mr Spin Move / The Spin Cycle.....
This^^^ It's pretty much Barkley's to lose unless he falls flat on his face or gets injured. With all the pre-season hype the only person I see giving him a run is M. Ball from Wisconsin
Dont forget though there was Roy Upchurch and then Fowler last year. I honestly dont see the split of carries being that much different this year than they have in the past. I think we will play our best 2 guys and then there will be situational stuff and mop up duty for the others. There just arent realistically enough caries in a game to give the number 3 and even 4 that many.
It would really help if DAT has a great season to take some votes from Barkley.

If USC is in the title hunt, I agree. If they lose a couple a d drop out of the hunt it's wide open.
I wonder how many of his spin moves will be on the Top 10 of ESPN. He is going to be fun to watch this year. RTR
If he stays healthy what is the over/under for spin moves this year?
He needs consistent production, a couple of "wow" moments in big games, and we need to keep winning. That should get him to New York.
Lots of folks thought that about Luck last year. RG3 came out of nowhere. It is certainly Barkley's to lose, but it isn't a lock.
