I saw Gregg Doyel's article and thought it would be funny to see the Barners' reaction so I ventured over to the Bodda Ghetto and found this little doozie. It is out there even compared to their other nonsense. Enjoy.
I think I see what Gregg is doing here. I think he's actually trying to HELP us out by putting the fire in some coaches out there who CAN compete with Saban by making them want to say "Oh yeah, look what I will do" and say they will take that challenge.
And, I will say it, Saban is NOT that great of a coach. He is a disciplinarian who gets his pick of the recruits, because the REC does his bidding FOR him and they haven't gotten caught. I'll hand it to him, he does discipline right......but so do alot of other coaches, they just don't have an entire state full of automatons (from the AHSAA, dozens of HS coaches, thousands of rabid boosters with money and an unhealthy worship of the value of football, to a state media that worships at his feet and would never DARE report any recruiting improprieties) who can help him take his pick of stud athletes. Stud athletes who want a "free ride + benefits", i.e. brand new automobiles (Yukons, Camaros, Chargers) to ride around in, $1000 free suits and who knows what else, free meals ANYWHERE they want to eat, houses and jobs for their poor mommas, and police who will "look the other way" and cover-up any wrong-doing in order to save "Lord Saban's" empire.
What we need is a coach with the cahones and the desire to "bring down that empire" and that will take a co-ordinated effort of great coaching, discipline and not backing down in recruiting. Recruiting will also require that we wage a media campaign AND collect evidence of the cheating that is going on in recruiting AND stand up to the little bully across the state!
The REC must have been confused when it did all that stuff for Saban while he was at LSU.
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
He described his beloved University to a T.
I love how they keep thinking that T-Town Menswear sells $1000 suits. You can get 3 for $400-500. Poorly made.

You said it.. Javon Robinson got the charger.. Ole Ruben's mom got the house and a job.. The media statement cracks me up big time.. And it's always hilarious when they try to say Coach Saban is not a good coach.. Do they think that all of those NFL head coaches, GM's, scouts, etc. are just making it all up?? I love laughing at those fools
I kind of like that they think this way. They have no clue as to why they have zero control over the program. Its the cheaters who give everything to the players that have issues with the players. You can't control that which you make bigger than you. That is what the barn has issues with now. They sold their soul and now have no way to reclaim it. Let them think that poor coaching is the only issue down there though.... the longer they are ignorant to the issues, the better.
That guy obviously hasn't seen RF's mom new house. FORGET the tat see the house.
haha...last i checked they are the ones under investigation. But i guess that's the REC as well.
I'm glad my REC money is going to a good cause! LOL
What they leave off is the NCAA allows for the university to give each athlete up to $1500 a year for impermissibles.
Yeah, it is quite funny. The barntards will tell themselves just about anything to feel better. I found this little snippet on the butta hurta:
"The reason Saban will never succeed in the NFL is that when the playing field is relatively equal, you have to actually out-coach other teams. That or be blessed with a Hall of Fame caliber QB. There's no Ole Miss & Mrs. State to beat up on every season in the pros...even the lowliest NFL team can beat the best on a given Sunday. That's why Saban got frustrated in Miami...it's much more difficult to find a competitive advantage in the NFL. He can't just out-recruit the Colts or lift more weights than the Packers. Everyone is big & fast, and they all work at it 24/7. Saban fears a level playing field."
...and Rueben Foster committed to AU because???.....I bet he won't touch that one!!!
"There's no Ole Miss or Mrs. State to beat up on". He left out Aubarn.
Back in the day, I ran a 3.9 in the 20
