Had a gator fan tell me we had no recievers who could threaten their corners one on one on an island. Imo cooper would win that match up 9 out of 10 times another question i have for the board is cooper the only wideout we have that could win their fair share of 1 on 1 battles?
I think Norwood showed in the NCG that he can match up with a good CB and win most of the battles.
Kenny bell says what's up
You gotta remember, fans of teams other than LSU and Alabama in the SEC are "Johnny come latelys" and really don't know a THING about football. To test them, ask them their starting defensive lineup. If they can tell you that, then they MAY be alright. Otherwise, laugh at them and tell them to get a clue before they go around "challenging" people.
1960 Les Paul
Well to be fair he did know the starting secondary by name and number what he seems even more sure about is that UF can beat bama the same way they have beaten everyone else basicly being 1 dimensional says they have not had to rely on balance bc they can run rhe ball on anyone and stop the run against anyone. I dont believe for a second they can make bama play the way they have everyone else they can't play bama's game and play it better not without bama giving them a bunch of gifts jmho!
LMAO. Their corners can't hold a candle to ours. We have the deepest WR Corps in the SEC and have several that will play on Sundays.
Well find out against Jonathan Banks
I'm pretty sure Cooper practices against Millner everyday, so i will take cooper. That is what separates Alabama from everyone else, the level of competition in practice makes great talent that much better.
Banks is a stud no doubt about it, with that said I think milliner is a even a cut above banks as far as the total package out alone on the island. It seems to me I was reading an article a while back talking about our D backs practicing against our receivers I think milliner even said that cooper was young but very difficult to jam because of his documented abilty to move his feet at the line thing is both the jones kids have also shown the abilty at times as well. I think against state our receivers will make a sound statement when given the opportunity to do so.
Exactly. Since no one on our team can cover Cooper I'm pretty sure no one else can either.
"You don't always get what you want, but you always get what you deserve"
To that, I've got a couple comments:
1) Most would say, Dee Milliner is the top-rated cover corner in the next NFL draft. We've been told by reporters that at UA practices, his cover skills have been extremely challenged by Amari.
2) There are 2-types of DBs: Those who have been beaten and those who will be beaten (sorry if this is rather obvious). Purifory is good, but he's not infallible.
