What a funny industry. I can't think of another business where the employee holds all the cards and behave like college head coaches (or coaches in general) do. In real business leaders and high value producers tend to have non-compete clauses keeping them out of another like business for at least a year should they choose to leave. It's all about what the market will bear but it is kind of funny, in this case, what the market will bear.
