They need help in the secondary, so I think one of the Alabama guys is a clear possibility as is Jenkins and a few other CBs. Barron is so far and away the best safety in the draft and that will help him considerably.

I don't know why Dre decided to work out today? He ran well at the combine, but more power to him. Maybe he read the reports of all the LSU players shaving two tenths of a second off of their 40s (which has to be hocus pocus by the way) and decided to give it another ago.

Dallas just signed Brandon Carr to a large contract so they have helped the corner position. They still need help at the safety spot, so I think Barron makes more sense. Barron should still be there when they pick, so they might think about trading down if someone is interested and taking Barron later in the first.

I think they are also intrigued by the Poe kid from Memphis if he's still available, but secondary is their focus.

Jerry needs to step away from the helm regardless. Cowboys fans are kind of like Arkansas fans, next year is their year although at least Arkansas fields a pretty good team every year.

Jerry is 100% of The Cowboys' problem. We haven't been a solid team since CJJ told him to butt out and Jerry said not as long as I'm writing the check. Switzer's SB was residual success a la les miles 2007. The biggest hope in Dallas is that Stephen Jones won't be as interfering as his father when the time comes.

I think the cowboys biggest problem is Romo..I just don't think he is the answer....RTR
