If you are a member of the National Alumni Assosiation you will get an email to pre order tickets. After that i am not sure if it is first come first serve for the rest.
The first year I went, it was great. There were maybe 500 people at the Mobile event. Last year there was probobly 1500 and it seemed like 20000. I am not complaining, it was still a great event.
