Touche...allow me to clarify then. If I didn't have an attorney friend who wanted to do this case for free and handle all the work, I wouldn't care enough to pay all the attorney fees. However, since I do if he isnt man enough to return a call, I'll be glad to let the justice system handle it.

Where is this BamaJames guy! Why won't he speak up? If someone were questioning me in this manner I would atleast try and explain things from my point of view. I would hope Bama fans would be above this kind of thing, especially when dealing with one another!

As far as your update, what in the world have you done that would cause him to retain an attorney to contact you? Does that mean in defense to your complaint or is he going after you for something?

overreaction, imo. it happens. it IS a dick move by that guy, but legal action is really really stupid and will only make you look stupid. just my advice.

The Message to BOL posters is don't do business with bamajames on any level. I sale tickets all the time and there is always that guy that will overpay when he knows they are already sold and YOU GOTTA SAY NO! This whole situation is about morals.

Irrelevant only things that matter is if there was a binding contract. So if he can prove that these three things existed that is all that matters. However, if the seller said the tickets were also listed on Ebay and he has the right to sell to the highest bidder then all this is a moot point. But this has to have occurred before the agreement was in place.

1. Offer---I will give you $3500 for the tickets
2. Consideration---Spoke on the phone and via email
3. Acceptance---Please pay me $3500 for the tickets via pay pal and the tickets are yours

I've researched. BamaJames must make a 2nd living out of selling tix. He has posts everywhere on a majority of the sports boards. So ya, at the very least he shouldn't be allowed to post on the tix exchange anymore. At least he's not using his work email address as his contact anymore......
