I love that everybody always brings up Moreno.. What about ELacy? He was redshirted, and he will be back next year if not 2 more years. I think its silly to name a player that was mishandled by one of the worst coaches in the SEC, Mark Richt as the litmus test for redshrts.

Dee Hart wont play because we dont need him. I expect TR to get 25-30 touches in this game and Lacy should be 100% too. There is no reason to bring in a guy who hasnt played and risk him making mistakes or getting hurt.

Really? Should we make sure we dont redshirt any player with hype, just to be safe? That would be a lot of true freshmen playing. I would love to hear your plan for working DH into the first college game of his life during the NC game. Do you take away a few of Trent's touches to work him in? Maybe Lacy? Just tell AJ to have a seat, we gotta get Dee some snaps before he bolts to the NFL. Wildcat baby!!

Playing devil's advocate here for the sake of conversation - Who said anything about carries? Kick returner, for one, is an option, secondly, he offers a dynamic that the opposition will not have seen previously even if he did get carries at RB. We all know that CNS likes to keep the RBs fresh. Adding a solid third back into the rotation just adds further to the pounding effect that will wear down a defense.

Maybe Dee isn't ready. Again, he's never played a down but if CNS thinks he can make an impact he will play him. Especially with KD and TJY now coming in, I think there is a realistic possibility. JMO

Let's see.... Kickoff returns, screen passes, draw out of the shotgun (it might actually work with him running it). If the kid gives you 10 good plays and breaks of one explosive play (which doesn't have to go for a TD btw) that could be enough of a game changer in a game like this where yards mean everything.
