  • I think you can go ahead and pencil him in...

    Going off articles:
    - Loved the spring game way more than UF's.
    - Got to meet with Dont'a and really get a good feel for the program.
    - Hubbard's strong showing at A-day could have helped too.
    - Says he's definitely coming back in summer, with a decision date currently set on may 24 (??). Now i don't know my seasons too well but I always considered summer when HS was done which was sometime in June.

    As stated, going purely off articles, but I don't think you need to be Charles Robinson to figure this one out. Hopefully I'm right lol

  • He was a huge lean to UF before this weekend. He is good friends with two other UF commits and they hang out almost every weekend. They have been trying to get him to commit to UF for a while now and he almost did on at least one occasion. With that said, I think we have a pretty good shot here if he announces soon. But it would be a battle to keep him committed the entire time even if he were to commit IMO.

    On the other hand, he really sounds like he luvs Bama and if we do get him I'm betting we keep him. Hey, he already is quoted as saying "Roll Tide!"

  • its a damn shame too because he is a great looking Hightower clone. one day maybe in the future we'll have more of these types come from our state. would make things a whole lot easier. we do have Ragland at least

    Their folks seem to think so too. Walker is a beast, we need him on campus as much as possible.
