Kind of have to gameplan around not having your only two inside offensive factors IMO.

I was at the game, and the few times one of them got the ball with their back to the basket, I was scared. And it was usually followed by something bad happening (like a turnover).

I would like to see the wing players throw it into the post more often. Both Moose & Karl got great deep post position, however, the wings refused to throw it into either of them. I would like to see the bigs get it more often and let them attack the rim and try to finish. At the least, they can draw fouls on the opposing team's post players.

The team needs to run at every opportunity and the guys did that much better today. We also attacked the rim much better today using the dribble drive offense. I was surprised at the number of near mishandles we had on the handoffs however. We have to attack and attack the rim some more in Fattyville on Thursday. Another huge game. Go get good guys! Even if CAG allows JG & TM back, we need to push the offensive tempo more than we did earlier in the seasons with those guys playing imo. RTR!!!

Without Jacobs or Green, this is the offense you will get. I loved the hustle and improvement of Engy & Gueye but we don't need/want them touching the ball every possession. I was just enjoying them both setting screens every possession. That offense worked and it can get better.

Jacobs should be back thursday and this will become a mute point.

You mean the "did you notice" question? Were you looking for 15 folks to just say "yes?"

Pretty obvious that without JG/TM/NJ three things have to happen for us to win:

1) We have to consistently make jumpshots.
2) We have to hold the other team under 60 points.
3) Carl and Moussa have to impact the game on the defensive end and get rebounds.

We did all of this effectively on Saturday, and we won. The defensive effort was amazing and kept UT out of any type of flow. We got just enough offensive production out of Carl and Moussa to get us the extra 5-10 points we needed for a cushion late in the game.

You can bet Arkansas and MSU won't make the same mistake UT did - not pounding the ball inside/settling for threes. The book against us will be to play two big men at all times to create offensive mismatches, and teams will go at us rather than settling for low percentage shots.
