I believe he will, plus a lot of good qbs will move on to the draft this year.

Don't shoot the messenger, and certainly don't take it for gospel, but the buzz out of Mobile is that if he thinks he can go in the 2nd or 3rd round he is going to go for it.

Barkley, Wilson & Smith will likely be the first 3 QB's taken and all 3 likely go in the first round. I would think he would also have to consider Logan Thomas, Mike Glennon and Landry Jones also being in this draft.

New England, Baltimore and San Francisco will likely have late 2nd round picks, and the Arizona Cardinals could be looking for a QB in round 2.

Would have to think he would be the top QB on Mel's board for 2014 if he comes back.

Well if you ask the posters that were ragging and doubting him last night because of bad they thought he played, i would say he would be lucky to just keep his job here much less going in the NFL early. I however think he will stay and dominate next year with a talented WR corp with a season of experience under their belts, i do not agree with the posters that lost thier minds and loyalty to him after all he has already accomplished in his short career. Sorry i am still upset with the fans that ragged players and coaches on this board last night when we finally faced some adversity that was going to happen at some point this season. Downvote i dont care.

I would love to have mcCarron back next year. but which qb's would go ahead of him this year? Barkley and Klein? who else. I see him going over geno smith. Geno has struggled against any good defenses. Tyler Wilson has struggled this year and has thrown more interceptions than td's in two of his games. AJ is right on par with the best of the best in decision making, fundamentals, arm talent, and ability to win games. The only thing he doesn't have going for him is his size because he is a little skinny. He is an athlete than can escape the pocket and even scramble when needed. I think AJ has a great shot to be a first round qb this year.
