You can say that Saban was on the sidelines, but guys like DJ Hall didn't allow themselves to be coached.

Okie Dokie! I still count it. & I'm sure Coach Saban does as well. He did a great job that year imho. One of his best coaching jobs ever. Because it was more than wins & losses that year. That team could have called it quits. But it was the team that laid the ground work for 08 & beyond to me. Because they didn't quit.
