All of that makes sense considering all of the inferences there have been about him lately. I can understand when coaches want to give players second chances to help them grow as men, but when someone seems as bent on being a bad seed as Dyer appears to be, you have to think of the rest of the team first. If I were Chizik, I would cut him loose and focus on developing the other RBs there.
