Its funny how the characteristic that causes a recruit to get "rubbed the wrong" way by Saban's business like approach is most likely the exact opposite of the type of player we want in our program.
I've thought for a while that not only does Saban have a great way of getting talented players but his personality attracts hard workers who want to be led. That's why we are a dominant program instead of merely a talented program.
