Some of you are ridiculous.Let the situation play out.I wish some of you would cheer for another team.Bama fans are the worst for bashing it's own players.Anybody who watched the game today knows what the team needs to improve on.

I'm not going to down vote you. But, again. I'm not understanding this censorship or attempt to police the board. How do you not want to talk about the QB play today? Isn't this why we joined a pay site message board to talk about all things Bama football? I think the QB play in an actual game qualifies under that. Of course the QB situation will play out, that's obvious. But, why not discuss what you liked or didn't like from the QB's that played today?
No one is bashing Sims. I was pulling for him to win the starting role. But, AJ just had a better game today. It happens. Some people interpret constructive criticism or just stating an opinion as an attack on the team. No one on this board is attacking the team. They are just discussing the team they love and follow 365 days a year. Sims threw 2 interceptions and made bad decisions. AJ threw 2 picks as well. Is that so hard to state? I guarantee you both AJ and Sims will face far worse tongue lashing in the fim room than anything someone on this board will post.

I agree with the fact that we shouldn't bash any of them...
I feel pretty strongly that we shouldn't bash Bama players here on the internet...
but i'm fine with people giving their feedback and thoughts...this is a discussion board...
Haven't seen people bashing AJ or Phillip...but may have missed it...

Ok my bad for the moron comment I was just frustrated with something else. But I'd much rather talk about the QBs performance today than talk about AU. No one should be putting down Phillip Simms though. My guess is they will both still play against Penn st. But maybe instead of 3-3 series it goes something like 4-2.

No prob. We all need reminding that were on the same side sometimes, myself included. We might see both guys next week, but I vote we stick with AJ. Looked to me like we were in a much better rhythm w him in.

I have complete faith CNS will handle this situation the right way.Should Lacey be the starting RB? He did much better than Trent today.This is a tricky situation CNS is dealing with.Fans don't need to make it worse.

Okay, now that it's 9pm, Chris Walsh has said that AJ took an important step in winning the starting QB position...is THIS an allowable statement? I don't have a dog in this fight, and don't care who starts, but we've all got eyes.

Trent gets the benefit of the doubt because he has a track record. This isn't the case with the quarterbacks.

Thanks for the inspiration. Since everything is going to just play out why even listen, talk about, or even watch anymore football this season. I'm sure it will be much better just watching the finishing product instead of enjoying and engaging in dialogue about football.

Sims will be all right. That was the first time he's ever played in front of 90 K people. It looks like the game hasn't slowed down for him yet. However, imo, playing 2 quarterbacks is not smart. it rarely works and it results in controversy and sub average play.
