Ya, ESPN tried putting her behind a desk a couple of times, but had bad results. They eventually decided that her brand was at its ceiling, so she bailed for Fox. Thing is, she's a polished speaker, just not a fluid one. Unfortunately, that's probably not something she can learn.

Maybe she is just trying too hard. Like someone else said, she doesn't look comfortable behind the desk. Maybe that only comes with more experience. But, Fox ratings will suffer.

Exactly, and struggled doing Good Morning America as well. ESPN moved on to Samantha Steele who is better in all facets, including the studio, not to mention cheaper.

When I turn on a game and hear Gus Johnson I immediately either turn it or mute the tv. The whole FOX broadcast is just terrible.

She was horrible at ESPN. She is not that hot. Especially in comparison to the females out there. She is just another sideline reporter. You should have seen her on ABC's morning show. Anyway, she knows nothing about sports, but they pump it like she does. I know from first hand interactions. Like I said for years, get someone who is really hot and feed her the same info. Make up a back-story, make her seem like a lifelong fan, and stop paying Andrews. I am glad they did it.

Thank you. She isnt that hot. Go back a few years and compare her to Jill Arrington. Erin is attractive but not hot and no where as attractive as Jill Arrington. Plus, being attractive is not an excuse to be unqualified at your job.
