FYI: Could AU land both Goldman and Armstead?

Armstead is now announcing on Sunday, now. Of the 5 schools that he is choosing from, Armstead's father only gave AU site (not 247) the 'heads up'.

Obviously hope you are correct but his dad's words were, "He's going where he wants to go". Weird that of the 5 finalists, only AU site has the story and quotes frm his father.

If they aren't gonna come to alabama, I personally like to see a few top talents go to auburn....because I know that more often than not, they will fizzle into nothing without the player/character development that they would receive at other schools.

I really don"t care what either do. Our class is very strong and much more impressive than everyone elses except maybe FSU talent wise. Just relax and enjoy the success we have now and will have in the future. I really feel that before Saban leaves there will be no doubt across the U.S. who rules!

Greg Biggins from espn on west coast just tweeted an hour ago it's down to three schools for Armstead. Cal, Oregon, and Washington per his dad. No mention of west ga. See espnu.

Don't worry about it guys. The players have to actually pan out first. There's WAAAYYYYY too many stories of five stars being busts or not being as great as we thought they would be. We'll have excellent defensive players to counter Armstead with and a good O-line to neutralize Goldman if worst comes to worst.
