Not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but if he gets Tex AM job we might lose Coach Cochran as well. Travis Reir has alluded to this in the past as well on here. I was around both of Scott's brothers this Summer at the beach, and they both said the same thing. Scott and Kirby are tight. I wouldn't have thought it if it was a lower job, but Tex AM is a great starting gig. Good news: there are plenty of great coaches that will want to come coach here. Look at the recent paydays/opportunities that Saban guys are getting. If they do leave, the train is not stopping, only breaking for more fuel. G

Losing Cochran's personality would be huge. He seems to be able to be the one that doesn't have to be all business on gamedays. A new guy might not feel like he can be that guy right away.
