That's not true. It's actually not even close. We probably have 40 guys on our roster now who will get drafted over the next 5 years. We have 85 guys on our roster so it's closer to a one-to-one ratio.

I saw some preseason ball that was some of the worst post high school football I've ever seen in my life. Most people wouldn't give Alabama a chance to cover but if the game meant the season for us, and was just another preseason game for the pros we would have a chance. I understand the numbers, but there would be a lot of the NFL guys that might give 25% effort, and it's not like we're a bunch of undersized lightweights either.

I love the tide, but Jags -24. I'd probably take any NFL team by 40 over any national championship team.
