We need Stanford to win. It does nothing for us if ND wins. Right now Stanford is ahead of okst in the polls. The only way we don't go to Nola is if okst moves up in the polls. Best case senario for us is a Stanford win with luck playing awful and throwing a couple of picks.

I concur, I hate ND but pulling for them because I want the Heisman for TR. I tried to watch the game but could not and had to switch channels. I thought I was going to puke. RTR

It is a formula. OSU has us beat in the computers. They can tie us or be slightly behind us in the human polls yet still pass us for #2. If Stanford loses, it greatly increases OSU's chances of getting the human votes they need.
You can hope for a crap performance by Luck without hoping for Stanford to lose.

Right now it's a pretty ideal game for us. Luck looks ho hum w an interception. Only if ND could put up the points.

Well stop! OSU is number 6 in the human polls. We want VaTech and Stanford to win out. OSU will then stay at number 5 in the human polls with Arkansas loss and we will celebrate mardi gras early!
