  • Today marks the day that the Denver Broncos make their previous moves noticeable to all. Making Tebow the starter, trading your best WR earlier this week Brandon Lloyd to the Rams after receiving 2 trade requests from both Broncos' two best WR's Lloyd and Eddie Royal. Not only that, but Denver is a bad overall team, period. So today marks the start of the eventual release of Tebow from the Broncos IMO. They've made a ton of money off his jersey sales so far but its quickly declining with how disinterested the ENTIRE organization is with TT as the future in Denver. Remember, neither the current head coach or president of football ops drafted him to Denver, those guys are long gone.
It will be quite sad when a struggling money team like the Jaguars take a pass on him in his own home town when he becomes available on the FA wire.
No doubt hes a great human being and everyones father hopes to have sons with his type of lifestyle and maturity, etc. You always have to put this disclaimer at the end when posting negatively about TT because you feel bad afterwards because you just know hes a great person. You never want bad things to happen to good people but it looks like the chips are in play in Denver, and they look to be stacked against him.

They also said he would not be drafted in first round or take a snap at qb in NFL.
You have good points but I would never be suprised to see him shock everyone.
As a matter a fact I think he will.

Maybe it's just me, I feel Tebow has that "IT" that you can't coach and you want every player to have. He has heart and is a winner. He may not be great but I feel he will make the team way better than it has been. I guess only time will tell. RTR

Who is "they"? Im talking about facts and what the Broncos have been doing from an administration standpoint the past 2 weeks. Teams dont do these types of things just to do them..They do them for a reason.
To comment on your prediction that he will surprise everyone... His two best WR's have requested trades with the best one getting it to the Rams. Its a bad team altogether. Its not fair that he will become the scapegoat at seasons end, but he will because they want to free up some cap $$ asap.

I totally agree that he has that IT factor when talking about the mental intangibles of what it means to have a heart of a champion. He just doesnt have the game to be a successful QB in this league. Notice I said "this league". In the NFL, if you cannot distribute the ball downfield to your teammates at least 60% of the time from the pocket, then you will not be a winning QB in the NFL. I want him to succeed because hes a great guy, but at some point you have to look at how he plays the position and later determine if his team is winning or not. As of right now, against the worst team in the NFL (Miami) TT looks very bad. I totally expected it too because hes in a no win situation this week...even against Miami. I still say he wont be in Denver next year.

  • He will never be a great NFL QB, but he is just a winner and somebody you want on the team. I can see him possibly making it if the offense is built around his abilities. The problem with that is he can only survive so long running an offense that way because he has to run to be effective. No matter what though, if TT wants to play football, I believe he will be in the league for several years. Now that may mean a position change, but if he is willing to do that (TE or RB/FB); he will be on a team. He just makes a team better when he's on it. I hope he's in the league for a very very long, is the MVP of every game he plays in so they have to interview him, and continues to make everyone hear the name of Jesus Christ proclaimed. rtr

  • I doubt many people actually saw his performance against Miami and only see that Denver won but he played very poorly throughout the entire game. He did lead the charge on their comeback but Miami is god awful this year and if he is really the real deal and has "it" then one would think he would have played better overall. But, I am prob in the majority of those who DO NOT think he will be a successful NFL qb so thats that.

Who knows if he'll be successful in the long haul?

But, yesterday's 4th quarter was a big step in the right direction for him...we'll see if he can continue to build on that and improve...

  • The chips are defenitly stacked. If Fox isn't going to run a Tebow friendly package after 2 weeks to prepare for Miami, then I don't see him doing it at all. Hopefully he plays better from the pocket than he did against Miami, but we'll see. I will defenitly be wishing him the best
