I may be in the minority here but I do not think that Georgia will ever win a championship as long as Richt is their head coach. He has what it takes to win 10 games in a season but not what it takes to win a championship. His teams have always had more talent than their opponents but under him they always manage to lose a game or two that they are supposed to win. Today is a prime example. This game shouldn't be close but instead of blowing Tennessee out, they go into halftime tied after leading by 17 points. They may go on to win this game by a large margin but the loss of the 17 point lead captures UGA in a nutshell.

Sounds like the same thing that is said about every coach in America. Stoops hasn't won in how long and loses games, Carrol always lost games he shouldn't have, Tressel had a hard time beating Wisconsin, Meyer without Tebow, Miles, Mack Brown, etc.
Saban is about the only one that doesn't fall into that category. One stud at qb can make a difference and change that rep like it did for a few guys.
