  • I'm hoping the staff sees the sort of things that led to the rivals incarnation of BOL go downhill fast and perhaps makes some attempts to not let it happen to this place too. I think the "insider culture" was a big issue at the rivals site, and it seems from this thread that a majority of people who have migrated over understand who the real insiders are and who to disregard. The fact that nobody has accused anybody of being "jealous" of HT in a three page thread is a good sign of this thumbsup

  • The first post I remember seeing HelenaTider in was one about Julio Jones. Helena made the comment that Julio was every bit of 240 pounds and scoffed at the idea that he could be anywhere near 220. From that point forward I pretty much thought he was an idiot.
