Help please, why does this site keep locking up

on my computer?
I use Firefox and my system is Windows XP. The lock ups occur randomly. It doesn't matter how many tabs are open. It happens with just one tab open or multiple tabs open. This is the ONLY site I have this issue with. I have to do the ol' cntl+alt+delete to go to Task Manager to close the Firefox and then reopen. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you tried logging out of BOL and logging back in? That should solve the problem.

I usually browse on a Kindle Fire and I get a "script not responding" message every 5 minutes and have to restart my browser and clear all data. Only happens on this website. A yone else use a Kindle or have some ideas?

Logged out and waited a few minutes, maybe it was just seconds you know how this recruiting things is (:-)). Then logged back in. I watch how this goes throughout the day.

I have the exact same problem on my Kindle fire. Its frustrating because when I'm not home I take my Kindle with me to check in, and I can't go very long without checking BOL.

Have the same problem on my samsung galaxy.... This is the only site that locks up

I have had the same problem ...I switched to chrome and it works better but not perfect....I have two different computers and its the same thing on both....it has been going on with me for several months now...its the only reason I still am paying for TOS...quite frustrating......GOT TO BE AN ANSWER to this as obviously many have this issue and this is the only site with this problem.

I use a number of different machines and servers on the site, but I can't say I've had an issue lately on any of them. What Trevor said, though, usually works, try logging out, clearing your cache, and signing back in. If that doesn't work, let the guys at support@247sports.com know because they're our tech gurus.
Hate if you're having issues, but hope to help eliminate them.

I had the iPad issues earlier today too.
It appears going to Full Site Mode fixes it....but why would the Mobile version clog up more memory than the Full version?

I try to get on on my phone and it takes FOREVER to load an article. I will click a thread and it will load for about 2 full miutes before letting me read it.
I just gave up trying to get on my phone here...so,I just go to TOS when I'm on my phone. Sucks I have to do that.

Switch browser to Chrome, haven't had any probs since the switch.

Ctrl+F5 will clear the cache and refresh the page on a Windows desktop, fyi.
