He had surgery on arm after season. Just a few days after championship. This was well reported.

So he evidently didn't need it until after the season and wasn't it just scoped anyways? Nothing was kept we all knew it was bothering him

What??? He needed surgery but we couldn't just pull our starting quarterback midway through a National Championship run. And, if Saban spoke of his injury then teams would have known he was having trouble throwing the deep ball. Arm was getting shots every week!

I'm not going to argue with you because it's more about how you worded it than the facts. He needed surgery but it didn't have to be done before the end of the season. Most knew he was hurt and that it was going to require treatment. Nothing was hidden.
