Holding up four fingers

Rewatching the game I noticed when the players come out of the tunnel they are holding up
"4 fingers"
Does anyone know what this meant?

4 championships ago, we ran out of fingers to indicate the # of championships. Therefore, the team was holding up 4 fingers as in..."we're about to win #14".
