This is the time of year when hope springs eternal. Everyone is undefeated and think they will go undefeated the following year. Unfortunately after 2 or 3 weeks into the season reality starts to set in. And aspirations go from 12-0 to 10-2 (but beat our biggest rival) to maybe we will have a winning season and make a bowl game.

So the REC knew 3-4 years ago that Alabama would play Notre Lame in the national championship game this season??? WOW!!! I'm impressed!!!

It is really hard to believe people can believe this stuff. To be fair most of the posters think we go undefeated next year.

I really hope that some people aren't that stupid down in Auburn. It's one thing to be realistic about how your team is gonna do, but its another thing to actually believe something like this. Whoever made this statement must be on hardcore drugs or just lacks common sense (most likely both).
So after one year Gus is gonna rebuild and just dominate Alabama, which means they would be the best in college football. A guy that has one ring as an OC is gonna run CNS off from his job. All you can do is laugh at something like this because you can't really respond to something that illogical
