If you'll notice, they're all about the movie Hoosiers, which ended well with the initially ill-received coaching hire. I do have hope.

Nussmeier sounds a lot like GMac. I clicked the link on the video, turned up the volume and walked away for a second...heard him start talking and thought to myself "Why did Chris post a link to an interview with McElroy?" lol.
