I know we are all a little shocked because of LSU game, but....

  • I firmly believe we are going to pound aTm this Saturday. They just don't have the overall quality of athletes as us or LSU.

    In 2 days we will be effectively getting ready for the Georgia dawgs.

    They have a Coach that was tearing it up at Houston. He has come in and done a great job. Johnny football is the real deal. We are fighting injuries at a couple of positions. On paper we beat them bad but I look for this to be a tough game.

    I agree here. & nobody should be called a panzy or called being negative for saying this. I'm not buying the whole "letdown" angle here. But I'm buying that A&M is more talented than most of us are giving them credit for. Easily the second most talented team we have faced this year. & might end up having more top draft picks than the team we played last weekend. Also they are well coached. I'm ready for a tough game myself. rolltideroll & enjoy the game guys! Those going down raise some hell!!!! & be safe in your travels!!!!!

  • Little johnny is very dangerous but I predict after a couple of 3 & outs that he self destructs. I don't think they can go 12 rounds with the champ.

  • They are Oregon Lite. Don't have the athletes but can quickly put points on the board. That's what makes them scary. They snap the ball every 9 seconds. Not saying they're going to win but its not going to be a blowout.

    Neither did Utah in 2008 or South Carolina in 2010. Our boys better show up read to play. Thankfully, I'm very confident they will.

  • I'm sure coach whipped them boys into shape after last weeks sub par performance. They were starting to believe their own hype and they needed to be brought down a peg or two. I think we execute pretty dang well this week 34-13 (everytime I see that score it makes me think of the 92' championship). RTR

  • Good lord so many people on this board are obnoxiously overconfident. It's not "Alabama and everyone else". Are we the best? Absolutely. Are there 5-6 teams in the country that could beat us on a given Saturday? Absolutely. This team has flaws - it isn't God's gift to earth. We have fewer flaws than everyone else but they're still there. Remember that.

  • I've been concerned with this game for a while. A&M and its QB are unpredictable and always seem to get off to a quick start. I just want the win. I see it as an uncomfortably close game. I had the same feeling last week before LSU.

    Wow the current run we are on must be really tough for you. Prayers sent. You have to look pretty hard these days to find the flaws and stuff to constantly bitch about. Finding that dark cloud in every silver lining has to be exhausting.

    No we are not completely unbeatable but this program and team are operating at a level that is as good as it ever gets in college football, that fact is not even debatable. So yeah I'm pretty confident going into a game against anyone out there.

    Agreed!! Thank God none of us will play a down Saturday, otherwise we should cancel the rest of the season... C'mon guys. RTR! Tough game - yes. The Team will be ready!!

  • This will be a "throw the kitchen sink" game for tAm, we better be ready for onside kicks and fake punts so they can keep possession of the ball. I think we will be ready especially when BDS is rocking!!!!! 41-17 RTR!!!!!

    They have several NFL prospects, especially in the trenches. Their OL is as good as ours

    you should read his posts from a year ago. After the Penn State game he predicted 3-5 losses including Auburn

    Yes, I do, and yes they are. The 2 "good" tackles have a combine 60+ starts and are projected 1st Rd picks. Their Center is up for the Remington and their Guards are solid. They are VERY good up front.

  • I love reading all the predictions; however, remember this: Lititle Johnny & his team didn't play LSU at home in "Death Valley", and they didn't play Florida at home in "The Swamp" BUT, they're playing Bama at "Bryant Denny" in a sea of crimson & white. The overwhelming intimidation factor of our home field advantage & crowd noise has got to be a big plus for us!!! We'll see!!
