He was not ever playing at LSU again anyway. He'll still get a chance to make an NFL team. I couldn't care less about it, except that we may be able to make some hay with it on the recruiting front. Think Robinson in 2014.

Part of me was hoping he would turn his life around and salvage his career. After this story, I don't care anymore. The media needs to quit talking about him and let the Honey Badger be forgotten. He is a waste of talent and obviously "Honey badger don't care."

I know I am being an old fart - BUT HOW IS THIS SAD?? Its not. Dude failed over a dozen drug tests, got suspended for a few games, got kicked off, got put in a good rehab, was given hope of returning and STILL CHOSE not to change his lifestyle?
The only thing sad is that our tax dollars will be funding this guy's life from here on out as he hops from jail to jail...

Marijuana is not supposed to be addictive, but damn some of these guys just will not leave it alone, even when their career is at stake. I guess it is like with alcohol, some can take it or leave it, but others have to have it, either physically or psychologically.
I have no special love for the honey badger or LSU. However, it is always sad to me to see a young person ruin their life with bad decisions.

Even if he didn't, if he opens the door & LE smells it they don't need consent, they have probably cause to search.

I want someone to explain to me how 4 guys are cutting up drugs in an apartment, there are scales, bags, and a ton of drugs...
And only one of them gets charged with anything but simple possession - and it isn't the guy who's on the apartment lease.

I live in ms and I was bsing with a buddy last night after watching the 60 minutes peice on Colorado and weed. Alabama to my understanding is one seed is a felony. In Mississippi 27 grams is a mistomeanor. Not by any stretch condoning what they did just trying to shed some light on why only one person was charged with intent to sell, maybe, because I don't know la laws a out dope. All states are different.

One day people will look back at all the lives ruined by stupid laws against plants that cause euphoria like we do about past stupid laws against liquids that cause euphoria. But if you are going to be a student athlete, there are lots of rules you have to follow that most others just get slap on wrist for breaking.
One thing's for sure: Honey badger don't care.
