ITT if CBS's allotted time (3hrs) screwed up your DVR recording

I'm sick of this. EVERY OTHER network allots 3.5 or 4hrs in the "guide" for their games. CBS has the absolute LONGEST games thanks to their ridiculous commercial showing.
So I set it to record +30 mins. Still missed the end of a game even though it featured a ton of running...
Thanks CBS. You suck.

Set your DVR to record for another extra hour like I do... I know they suck, that is why I do it..

DirecTv always has an option that pops up for sporting/live events and asks if you want to add 30min-3hr extension

With so many games on ESPN, I've gotten used to a network allotting the appropriate time for games, simply never crossed my mind that they'd slate 3 freaking hours for a game.

I always extend CBS games by an hour and half. Their games are soooo long due to commercials it's ridiculous.
